She's tough as nails. 87 years of pure strength and conviction.
The swelling has gone down. The Dr doesn't think she will need reconstructive surgery. She is heading home and will be monitored closely by those who love her most in the world.
When I think of what could have been the outcome.......I can't even go there.

I'm so glad she's OK. She's very lucky. I remember when my grandma was in her late 60's and a goat butted her and knocked her down and broke her hip. It was awful!
