I hope you know

I hope you know that for me, the purpose of my blog is to get out thoughts and feelings that I don't necessarily release otherwise. I'm not looking for resolution just sweet release.

Ignoring it hasn't helped.
Feeding it certainly didn't help.
Denying it hasn't lessened it.
Anger and hurt and betrayal hasn't taken it away.
Time and distance hasn't made a difference.
I'm still in this place....
